Greystone Perimeter Fence Replacement Project

Greystone HOA is currently conducting a series of virtual homeowner meetings regarding the proposed perimeter fence replacement project. All homeowners are encouraged to participate, ask questions, and stay informed throughout the process.

During these meetings, the Board will discuss the proposed fence replacement, answer homeowner questions, and provide information regarding the proposed assessment.

Meeting & Quorum Schedule

A quorum must be established before a vote can be taken. If the required number of homeowners is not represented at a meeting, no vote can occur, and the process moves to the next scheduled meeting, where the quorum requirement is reduced.

Homeowners may be represented either by attending the meeting or by submitting a proxy. For your convenience, you can complete and email a fillable proxy form. Complete the form and email it to the Association. ccgreystonehoa@gmail.com
